PrintArtAndMore.com is a branded e-commerce website operated by Black Label Branding LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PrintArtAndMore.com.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, most items sold on PrintArtAndMore.com are custom-made or printed to order.
Because of this, returns are not accepted for custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
